HID Control Box

Hi folks,
I've had an annoying intermittent fault with the offside headlamp on my E46 330i for almost as long as I've had it, which has stumped everyone up to now.
It's just passed it's MOT (the lights worked today) but when I mentioned the problem to the guys in the workshop, the resident BMW guy said the issue is the HID Control Box. Anyone know where I can get one and what they cost?
While I'm at it, the lid from my washer bottle is awol. Anyone got a handy website I can order a replacement from?
