Can i convert a supercharged 4.2l Range Rover to run on LPG?

Anyone done that before?

I've done it and with JE. Did 36k miles over 18 months. Wouldn't do it again, in fact just bought a TDV8. PM me if you want details of my expensive and problematic journey.....

Alternatively convert a 4.4 V8 to LPG which (apparently) is much simpler, less costly, more reliable etc.

The 4.2 SC does suffer with valve problems apparently.

Stick with a staight 4.4 the SC is as Phil says problematic.
I did though speak to a Sport SC LPG'd owner when filling up last week and he has had no problems??
Such is life.

Can confirm that converting a Sport SC is more successful than converting a FFRR SC to LPG. Again, JE Engineering are the people to speak to for details.

Is it really worth it? - if doing less than 10k, run it on petrol - otherwise tractor juice has to be the only option I think.
