How to remove this dent

Stupidly I got this dent on the n/s/r arch of my Focus earlier and I was wondering how I could get it out and if not roughly how much a body shop would charge to sort it.

From the picture, I'd expect a good dent-man to lift it out for around £50, the scratch will need painting though.

£50ish dosnt sound too bad.

Luckily the scratches have polished out with a bit of elbow grease but I will have a look around for a dent repairer tomorrow.
