Refurbished/Second hand solid fuel boilers

My parents are currently without a boiler due to their old one breaking down beyond repair last week. They have a Trianco TRG45 solid fuel boiler & these are £1,700 new.

They are looking to find a replacement boiler of the same model to just drop into the pipework. They seem to pop up on Ebay every now and again (There's one in Staffordshire at the moment that I intend to bid on). They're not bothered about new as they intend to move in a couple of years.

I've tried searching for refurbished/second hand boiler dealers but can't seem to find any although I know they did used to excist, I assume this is something to do with H&S?

Does anyone have any ideas or suggestions as to where I may find a boiler for them?
