Fiesta coolant leak

The wifey's fiesta (54 plate 1.4 petrol) has developed an odd problem: when the engine is running, everything is fine. As soon as you switch the engine off, coolant leaks out. it seems to be leaking from the two plastic hoses that come out the front of the block just under the inlet manifold.

Any ideas? waiting for some free time to take the inlet manifold off for a more thorough look.
