Anyone know what this plant is?

I've been sent this picture asking if I know what this is, and being pretty non-horticultural I haven't got a clue. Can the great PH oracle help?

That looks a lot like a Purpura Mentula to me.

It is a Rhodochiton atrosanguineum. Also known as (Chinese) Purple Bell Vine.
