Things to do in Glasgow

Off with my brother-in-law to Glasgow next month. Early arrival Friday morning, flying back Sunday afternoon. Don't want to spend all the time in the pub so have organised The Stand comedy club for Friday night and watching Celtic Saturday afternoon. So I need to fill all day Friday and Saturday afternoon / evening. Any pointers....

Plenty of places to go depending on what you like.

Clubs or Pubs ? Saturday night will be pretty busy i'd guess with the game on. Glad i'm not working thats for sure!

I'd suggest the west end. Byers road and Ashton lane are nice places to be I'd steer clear of the city centre it's mostly full of s. HTH

Don't wander around (or be very careful where) with any football colours on (Celtic/Rangers). End up in the wrong place or seen by the wrong people and it might not be a pleasant trip.
