mercuri urval candidate assesment - any experiences??

Have had a verbal offer by another employer which is interesting.
Prior to the next stage (formal offer) the companies owners have a protocol of putting all candidates through the Mercuri urval candidate assesment.
I have an online pyschometric questionairre to fill out, an experience profile to complete, and finally a series of aptitude tests with feedback at the M/U offices in London.
The last time I did a pyschometric test was 8 years ago and it resulted in total b
ks, the employer took me on anyway and we formed our own company within 2 years making millions over the next 3 years. He told me that he didnt belive in the tests anyway and the results of mine were nothing like who I really was!!
So you can perhaps see why I'm a little apprehensive of this testing etc.
If someone could shed any light on the contents of the type of aptitude tests etc then that would be great.
