What film is this?

Something jogged my memory of a film the other day. I can only remember one bit without detail of characters, actors etc. The hero of the comedy film has 'tamed' some thugs of some variety who were previously wishing to do him harm - maybe big Hells Angel bikers? - and they're now sat at a table having tea or somesuch. The hero says something like 'Now, use your words' as the big thug is having trouble communicating.

Sorry for scanty detail, but can anyone tell me which film?

There is a similar thing in scrubs where Turk and JD are sipping espresso with a bunch of bikers after knocking over their bikes...?
