Moving The Seat Forward

I would need to get the driver's seat moved forward , does anyone know how it can be done and / or recommend someone who does it . I am in surrey / kingston area ?

Easy
If you can drive the car up on some blocks of wood or lift it by about six inches the seat is only held down by four Allen keys screws. Undo them and the seat belts and lift the seat out. Then some careful measuring from inside the Cabin and drill new holes. Refit the seat and put some bunts on the old holes.....job done

Or you could take it to Mole Valley - only problem is how do you get home from there if you leave the car?

They drop you off and pick you up from any of the local train stations, or you can borrow one of their smart cars.

Trimar will charge you an honest buck.
Mole Valley will fleece you for what they think your worth and then some.

I've never had a bill over £1k for regular servicing of the M400, and they often do little jobs inclusive.

IIRC they charged me £60 (one hours labour) to move the M12's seat.

I've never had one under £1000. on a 2.5L .
But they are meticulous and car is always cleaned and spotless when i pick it up.

A few have been over, but only because I've asked them to do other non service things for me.

Their cleaner does indeed do a good job!
