2002 Punto warning light...

Just picking people's brains as I have NO idea about this sort of thing. 2002 Punto 1.2 8V (5 Door) Every now and again, an amber warning light pops up on my dash showing what appears to be a key with "code" written underneath. But it goes if I pull over, turn the ignition off and re-start the car... Is this anything to worry about?

It's something to do with the immobiliser. My 147 did it a couple of times, in that the light flashed up on the dash for no reason in particular and then disappeared. The worst case scenario is that the immobiliser might arm at some point if there is a fault somewhere in the system, and you won't be able to start the vehicle again without the master key. If you have that key to hand, I can't see there been anything to stress about.
