F10 M5

Now that my E39 M5 has gone, I find myself in desperate need of a replacement. I look at the E60 but it's just not quite right, amazing power, sounds great but just doesnt look right and the interior is horrible.

So, the only oprion is another E39 which seems daft or, wiat for the F10.

I went to BMW to enquire but might as well have asked my Grand Mother. He could sell me a good 530d but had no interest in the M at all!

When the E60 was launched, BMW were taking deposits a long time in advance.

I'd be happy to do this on an F10, anyone had an encounters with BMW on this?

I think you are talking to the wrong dealer - my local dealer was always happy to take a holding deposit for a place on the queue for upcoming models - I did it twice.

I had a deposit for an M6 cab for almost a year and when prices were announced and the price differential between M5 and M6 was so big - I declined to proceed with that car and just got my deposit back.

Yeah try another. The chap I brought mine from went straight out and put a deposit on with his local stealer
