One for the plumbers, I guess...

I get 3 radiators hot upstairs, front bedroom radiator cold and all downstairs radiators cold. Have bled them with no difference. The system serviced in March. All was ok then!

Is there some kind of valve governing where the water has gone?

Thanks.

What kind of system? Pumped ch and gravity hw?

If so, would suggest pump has gone - some rads will still get hot due to gravity circulation.

I'd suspect an air lock first. Turn off any radiators which are getting hot and make sure you don't have 'hot water' selected on the programmer.
If that doesn't work then turn them all off but one and make sure you have any bypass valves shut on the heating circuit.
