AUDI SAT NAV - DISC UPGRADE

Hi All,
New member here and first post. Have recently bought 2004 Audi S4 cabriolet and currently driving round with big smile on my face.
Unfortunately no documentation whatsoever with the car and so I am not sure what to do to go about upgrading the sat nav which still has the original 2004 disc.
Anyone point me in the right direction to get a disc upgrade for the particular sat nav unit? It's the one with the unit in the boot, separate to the multi-CD unit, and it displays on the dash display rather than a separate dedicated sat nav display.
