Car Tax in 2011 for '01 - '06 cars (band K)

At the risk of being told I'm the only one on here that doesn't know for sure; cars that were temporarily put in band K (Co2 201-225) for 2009 & 2010... will they definitely now move into the new banding for 2011 e.g. 2002 Disco TD5 (Co2 284) will be in band M @ £435?

Apologies if this has already been covered - honestly, I did some searching

No no no no, read the document, all pre 23rd March 2006 regardless of how much co over 225 will pay £245.
