Front suspension

I have just removed the front suspension today and noticed that on the lower wishbones the two longer rear bolts. the ones that pass through the outriggers are of different thicknesses. The one on the passenger side is slightly thicker. I would have expected them to be both the same. Is this right or has mine been altered to this some time in the past.

UNF bolts that long may have been difficult to source, logical bodge would be to ream out to next metric size (but fine thread metric bolts may be as difficult to source?)

I havent measured the bush but the bolt was extremely tight inside, so presume its the same size bush bolt just forced in. As spend says i presume some sort of bodge fix prior to my ownership. Anyway thanks for confirming its not normal. Im sure ill sort it one way or another.

As the 2 previous posters will know the bolts are 7/16 UNF. The next size up, metric, is 12 mm, that is top thraping if they've managed to get that in. Unless they've opened up the bush and chassis lug and outrigger. Doesn't necessarily follow that it will be metric fine though.
