E46 - How much should I be paying for these jobs

Just bought a 330 and it needs an oil service (inspection 1 I think it's called) and I'm thinking about getting a couple of other things sorted at the same time.

Anybody able to give me ballpark figures for the following jobs?

Oil service
Front N/S lower balljoint (maybe wishbone/bush, slight rattle on bumps from that corner)
Driver's window regulator
Water pump
Tensioner

Is it the oil service or the inspection 1? It could be either and they are different. Look in the service book it goes from new, oil, inspect 1, oil, inspect 2, repeat over and over again.
BMW do fixed price servicing for the E46 model, think an oil service is something like £129. Probably be cheaper at an indy though.

Ta, just checked, it is just oil service. Last service was inspection 1 about 15,000 miles ago.

Inspection 1..............£175.00
Both of the above done by an independant with the CORRECT OIL! Not cheap $hite.
Front N/S lower balljoint (maybe wishbone/bush, slight rattle on bumps from that corner).....new arm and bushes for both sides £175.00. (Powerflex urethane bushes)
Driver's window regulator........£125.00
Water pump.........£100.00 plus coolant plus new thermostat.
Tensioner.............Which one?
