which new hood

I am looking to get a new hood for my S2 and wondered if anyone could recommend the best replacement to buy.

Had a new hood fitted to my Chimaera by Car hood Warehouse last year in Chessington. Was very pleased with fitting,service, and price. They know what they are doing.

I just had a hood fitted to my 400SE by Car Hood Warehouse and they did a perfect job and were one of the cheapest quotes I got. Dropped it off at 7.30am, collected at 4pm.

I Looked this old thread out because i thought it was a good idea to have a smaller window , my S3 window cracked around the area of the strut so if you make a smaller window the fabric folds better and the window should last longer . its definitely the way i will go when the time comes .

They told me that they removed my hood, took it to pieces and then used it as a pattern to cut the new hood panels and then sewed it all together and fitted it. They said that they have to make the hood to fit the particular car with TVR's esp the older ones as what fits one wont fit another.
