Product photography for web use

I have a 40D and a 18 - 125 Canon lens.
I want to take a few shots for use on a web site and without spending too much money, I was hoping my good friend Ebay would come to help me out.
I think I want flash, but what?
I will be shooting clothing ( Baby) and I recon I can use 2 lights and a couple of reflectors.
Any recommendations for lights? Is flash the way or continuous lighting?
Any advice is more than welcome
