Just a quick legal question.

Had my laptop for about two months and its already been in for a service under warrenty with them, but only today the same problem has occured.

What rights do i have to ask for a replacement laptop this time. ?

you have to keep going back to them.

better just to keep on getting them to fix it under warranty.

with dell I got them to send out an engineer around 12-14 times, can't remember exactly and 2 trip for the laptop to their HQ before they agreed to refund the money to me.
