Hi all,

Purchased an Omega SM PO in march of this year, I realise that the power reserve on these watches is supposed to be approx 40 hours, however I have noticed that if I don't wear my watch in my sleep then it simply stops, I went to bed at about 0:15 last night and looked at my watch this morning when I was putting it back on and it had stopped at 5:00am, surely this isn't right, what could be wrong with it?

Cheers,
Odhrán

Sounds like your wrist isn't active enough so not rotating the rotor enough. Why not try winding her by hand say 10-20turns of the crown.
