Every day training/general purpose/climbing bike (looks a bit different now - black tyres, proper bullhorns/stem, less angle on the saddle)
Flat out, no hills bike:
For nipping to the fishmongers:
I have one of these on the way (fingers crossed, it might arrive today!) to replace the green bike:
I have a pretty decent road bike too, but I don't think there is one bike here I would get rid of before it.

I'm going to sound dumb here, but I thought the idea of a fixie was to NOT have brakes at all?
I just don't understand the "not having brakes" on a fixie - I value my knees far too much to try and use my legs for braking. I just ride it because I find it an interesting change to having gears, quite like how nice and quiet the ride is, the speed at which you can accelerate... none of the fashionable aspect of riding a fixie appeals to me in the slightest.

Are you selling the green one?As for riding brakless...I think you'd have to be an idiot to do it on the roads, at least if you plan on doing anything other that crawling at 4mph to the nearest hip cafe to sit outside and show off your bike. I do a lot of braking through my legs, but never skid. And there is no way you could rely on your legs if a car pulls out on your or a pedestrian steps into the road.
None of the real benefits of riding fixed (discussed at length in Bedford Rascal's recent thread) are diminished by having brakes. Though I will admit that I do love the clean look of a bike without the clutter.
