Viper v10 luego??

I've an old ckc mag at home, about 3 years old and there was a little bit on one of the pages about a v10 viper engined luego 7 type car. Engine was mounted in the rolling chassis on the pic. Anyone know if it was finished?

Bit of a shame, wouldve made a good drag car or something. Can't imagine it'd handle well though.

The builder went to work in the USA for a year or two, so he couldn't finish it - so he sold the project. He'd put a lot of money into it, including many performance parts from the US.

I saw it in it's early form at Newark - it's amazing how much noise a Viper engine can make with only the exhaust manifold! The floor shook, and you could feel the pressure waves on your chest at 25 yards...

It is/was a ridiculous but wonderful project...

It was in the for sale section on locostbuilders a while back, i don't think it sold, don't know if the guy has revised his price downwards or not, I think he is going to need to

It's not actually sold yet. If anyone's interested in buying it, I can put them in touch with the owner. It'd be great to see it finished!
