Chim impressions

Dropped my Griff in to TVR Power today to have the tappets adjusted and they've loaned by a Chim. Suddenly realised that since my S2 10 years ago, and three short test drives, I've never actually driven another TVR.
Without wishing to start WWIII I thought I'd mention that the inside seems very strange in comparison. Reminds me of my sister's old MGRV8. Although it's a year younger than mine (P reg) the fan control switch looks very out of place and the whole inside looks a lot less cohesive. Being the (slightly) newer design I was a bit disappointed.
Nice big boot though.
Also, it's a standard 4ltr and it's very soft and woofly in comparison - almost normal. waits for the sound of distant gunfire...
