Rockingham on AMGTV's Website

If you haven't noticed already, Rockingham has been loaded onto AMGTV's website but in high definition (HD), so if you don't have a super fast computor it won't play other than "jumping" both sound and picture - very frustrating!
Anyone know of a solution other than a new computor - I e-mailed Andy Glossop to no avail. Problem is that all future footage including OP recently will be in this format!

The Rockingham footage is an experiment to our full launch of HD for 2011. The file sizes are massive in comparison to standard definition, but without feedback we cannot make changes- Yes, you do need a faster computer to view smoothly- or you could BUY the DVD- all rounds are available from our webshop- in Standard definition.

Due to the sucess of our webtv channel, we are going to have to limit free viewings to 2 weeks from upload in the future, to keep bandwidth at a premium(which will help playback better)but older editions will start to appear on our PPV page- either £1 a program, or a 1 month subscription with unlimited access for £10 (currently £5 per month)

If you leave you computer, and wait for it to finish playing, then play back from the start again, it should play from the cache on your PC, and play fine.
