PH IRC Chat?

I use IRC for various places as well as a couple of sites that have shoutboxes. It just struck me that it'd be nice to have the facility to talk to other PHers in this way, without having to resort to MSN etc. One IRC chat I'm on also has its own shoutcast server where selected members do regular DJ slots, with everything from jazz to death metal represented. There's even a 'requests' system!

Any way of setting up something on IRC to start with?
