I have read a number of very positive reviews about the Palmersport experience, but I have not seen any comments about the amount of track time you're given. I am looking to book my place but wondered if any PHer could give me an indication?

Thanks

About 20 mins in each, except for the Caterham slalom/pursuit where you get one go.

Yea, i'd say it's around 20 minutes although it is very hard to tell when you're doing it.

When I went we went to the caterhams first, got in and did my laps then returned to the paddock area. I was absolutely buzzing after that, then as you start to come down from it they announce that we're going to the 911s and Clios next, then the M3s etc. It's quite an unreal experience!

I can't wait to go back!

More track time than other similar events I have been too. Well worth it for the range of cars and the fact that they encourage you to push on rather than slow up!

Do it!

It's brilliant. Do it. I can't remember the number of minutes but I can tell you that you won't be disappointed with the day.

I got 3 attmepts, 1 being a practice and then 2 timed runs.

Absolutly loved that, especially with the damp, wet tarmac biggrin

Agree!

incredible value for money.

I only went 4 times this year! thats a record low for me!

Caterham pursuit is 3 timed goes and no practice this year.

The Palmersport 7-cars-in-one-day at Bedford is as others have already said, about 20 mins per car and a fantastic experience, especially because it's all timed and you have instructors egging you on.

I've also done a "Formula Brands" experience at er Brands Hatch and was very underwhelmed. 10 mins in an M3 and the same in the single seater, mainly due to lots of faffing around and being rushed off to make way for the next group.

At least on the Palmersport day they just give you a set number of laps and you always get them in. The first time I went it was foggy and we didn't get going for 90mins, but they just cut the lunch a bit shorter and ran on longer in the afternoon to make sure everyone got the full laps.
