First poor heat,, now i cant stop it...

the temp knob was kinda stiff to turn and although there was not sudden change, it is now loose as can be to turn,,,,
The crappy heat was difficult to control before and now it is stuck on high..

I'll look at the service manual for how it all works, but if there is a commmon failure please let me know

you probably threw a rod off the control cam. Take apart the radio/stereo pod and re-hook up the rod.

Use the stereo key tool to remove the head unit from the pod then take out the basket or carrier and you will have a good look at the controls.
