Well, 6 weeks and £65 later , I've passed!

Absolutely over the moon, such a good feeling. Just got to get insured now then I'm free!

Going out in the car for the first time on my own was one of the best feelings I've ever experienced. Enjoy!

Well done, one of the best feelings in the world when the instructor tells you that you have passed.

Yep, without a doubt one of the best days of my life!

Fill the tank, and don't come home until the fuel light's on - there's a good boy.

Thanks everyone. It was the new style test with independent driving. Was a bit worried before hand but it was fine!

I was actually speechless when the examiner told me.

My dad was my instructor so I had instant access to his car, drove home from the test centre.

I had a chemistry exam the next day (AS-Level), ended up driving all day before it. From about 11am until about midnight, picking up everyone and anyone I could.

I failed the chemistry exam..

Well done. Enjoy the feeling. It will soon go when you phone around for insurance.

So true, best get it over with hehe
got it out the way 3 months after passing and I'm a much better driver for it! makes you very conciencious about conditions, visibility and most importantly, your ability.
