Track day at Snottytown

Well I was merely a spectator today for a couple of hours. First time I have seen the Cerbies / Tuscans and T350 on track. Have to say mighty impressive stuff and love the sounds. Noted the Griffs were just hanging on to them (well almost then. Fancy a Tuscan now as well as hanging onto my Griff, damn this TVR thingie.

My Griff (4.0 precat) was more than hanging on to them!!!
I got past the ones that moved over for me, nice to see slower cars making way for faster ones.... NOT!!!

Can I just say after my last input, that it's the first time I've been to snetterton, and it was a great day, to be fair the weather could have been better, but the whole experience of the place betters most of the other circuits I have "trackdayed" at. Oh and fellow pre cat owners....NO NOISE LIMITS!!!!!!

Sounds encouraging must do a day at Snottytown next time round perhaps. Must admit I only watched from pitlane. Recall spinning my beloved 400se at the bombhole some years back,no doubt I will do the same in my Griff.

I think you must be mistaken, the T350 WAS coincidently on the A road adjacent to the track Spoke to the owner myself.

Hugh I'm sure that when you think about it carefully you'll realize that it didn't happen on track, but on the way there or the way home or the driver was just going past and the breakdown driver was kind enough to help him out. Definitely didn't happen on track though. Just as well because hypothetically that would probably have caused all sorts of warranty problems.

Thank you greenv8s it most certainly was on the public road, in fact I have never seen or heard of road cars damaged at any track days but have seen a few race cars go pop.
