Does anyone have any telephone numbers for London Waterloo station ticket office or anyone else who might be able to help me with my problem:

I purchased a season ticket about 3 months ago. My circumstances changed and I didn't need it so I returned it to the ticket office where I bought it (London Waterloo) 2 weeks ago for a refund on the outstanding part. I'm not sure how this would be sent but no refund has been applied to my credit card yet, and I haven't received a cheque.

I can't find any telephone numbers for Waterloo station to check if they have it. National rail enquiries say it may take 28 days to process.

However, I'd like to make sure that the station has received it, as if they claim they haven't then the amount of my refund would be less if it's processed from a later date.

I sent it recorded delivery 14 days ago and the post office web site is saying it's being "progressed through their network", and I can't get through to a human.

Thanks

I can't answer the question, but it's a shame that so many companies hide behind websites and scrupulously avoid the people who pay their wages.

Thanks - I finally managed to get through to someone at South West Trains who had the presence of mind to ask me for my postcode and type it into their system and they have got the ticket and issued the refund despite the post office still saying it's still in their system.

I think that just means that they haven't got a specific record of it being signed for.
