A cursory glance at the classifieds on here would suggest circa £9k.

Nice cars, quite swift.

Test it on rough roads though. I found the ride to be very, very crashy, especially on the M spec suspension. Would be lovely on smooth autobahns but find them very hard for most UK roads (esp in Yorkshire) frown

Best to ask 0836whimper for a review of the car.

Hm.. if an offer is too good to be true then...

.. seriously, people normally over value cars, not undervalue. If you fancy a punt then ensure HPI etc is ok.

In PH classifieds there are cars like that going for 10k:
http://www.pistonheads.co.uk/sales/1894654.htm

Even given a dealer premium, that 5k is low... £14k for a 2005 model from a BMW dealer.

Turbo, autobox and I believe inlet manifold (swirl flaps) need to be checked, but if those are good, a bargain.

Too good to be true.

Why would anyone sell a car for £5k that they could otherwise drive to the nearest used car dealer, and instantly get a cheque north of £7k?

Follow it up, and let us know what the story is.

Manual or Auto by the way?
