The Lounge has been insulted but I'm not so unhappy today

Following on from my previous post, it seems that us loungers are not to be trusted anywhere else on Pistonheads....Now normally I would have taken my thread locking personally by planning my ninja style, deep cover, subversive attack on 'that' thread. Seems the 'merkins are a bunch of pussies, moan bleat etc etc.....

However, I have received a telephone call today that confirms that my Australian permanent visa has been granted and I after a quick airline search this evening, will be flying out 1st December, so really,today, I don't care!......Discuss THAT Muthafkaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaas!

My perfectly reasonable(ish) thread about a bidet was locked recently by somebody who thinks it acceptable to refer to people as being "kents" on a thread about a TV channel

Needless to say that when I pointed this out to him I received no reply.

I thought it was a bit early in the year for work experience

Probably should have posted the bidet thread in the homes forum, nobody looks in there

Telstra have it sown up, I believe? No competition so you pay extortionate prices for even 1mg speed and then downlod limits too
