Hi All,

Ive got a small dint above my fuel filler cap about an inch accross and half an inch deep on my Honda Civic Type R caused by myself (photo attached). To make matters worse I only bought it last week :-(

Anyway I was looking at a couple of different options to sort it out and have seen adverts for paintless dint repair. There's a company called Axy Dent that can sort it but they would have to drill up from the filler cap to rectify it - I'm not really liking the sound of that but it is only 70quid. I had chips away come and have a look but their quote was triple that but they would be able to sort it out without drilling. I was just wondering what people's opinions are and whether you have used any of the companies, or could suggest any other options? I'm based in Farnham in Surrey. Also I've got a couple of scuffs on my alloys and am in two minds whether just to leave it.

Cheers,

James

I used a PDR guy who was recommended to me by a friend, i also have a CTR and he sorted a crease on the wing, 2 small dents on the sides and a couple on the doors. He had to drill to do one of the door dings but he filled with a rubber grommet which gave A OEM look to the casual viewer. He did an excellent job and the price was an initial i think 50 quid for the first panel (always charged per panel) and then the price reduces for each panel after that. I was very happy and the guy came to my work (i work in weybridge) his name is Ryan and runs a company called dentasaway (i think), can be reached on 07725 784354
