'High Tech' Thermostat - Plumber or Electrician?
Discussion
I want to install a room thermostat to my better control the temperature of my house and I fancy something fairly high tech with a touch screen and if possible display the outside temp/humidity from an external sensor. I currently don't have a thermostat at all and the CH is just on a timer.
The Honeywell Prestige looks quite good, but I haven't been able to find anyone selling it in the UK.
Does anyone know of anywhere selling it, or of anything similar or even better? Would a thermostat of this sort be best fitted by an electrician or plumber?

Thanks for the replies so far, I'd be quite happy using a plumber I know, but I'd like to at least research the kit for myself. Any comments on the Honeywell thermostat?
What is your CH setup?[AJ] said:

What is your CH setup?Back on topic. Why do you want a Honeywell prestige? It seems to be setup to control heating and cooling through A.C or heat pumps with temperature compensation thrown in,it would appears to be a bit over the top for switching on a scabby combi boiler
If you are thinking about replacing the boiler and want a "Cool" room-stat look at the Remeha Avanta with "isense"

Thanks, I'll check out the iSense, but I don't want to have to change the boiler just yet if I can get away with it. I'm not after the Honeywell Prestige specifically, but it's kind of the thing I'm after (excluding the AC controls etc).
