I am so glad Podie visits the Esprit forum infrequently

Well the old aluminum shift knob had some scratches (as they are want to do over time), so I had them throw on the 2004 stylee when it was in for service recently. I can confirm that it does actually shorten the shifter by about 1/4 to 1/2 inch...

Nice one! I got to say Lotus should have put logos on Esprit knobs earlier instead of the holding on to the odd shaped Renault ones for the Steven's shape and early V8's
