Not sure why and the emergency services were very tight lipped...

Air Ambulance landed at side of river at Bubwith alongside A163 about an hour and a half ago, just went about 20 minutes since. Loads of police, including a riot van driving up and down the river bank, a couple of fire engines, a police helicopter and a RAF rescue helicopter on scene too.

All gone now with no sign of anyone being captured / rescued.

Saw the Howden fire tender heading off at speed too and hear a lot of sirens, so presume it's something pretty serious/significant.
