64 days after arriving in NZ the car is on the road! What an experience!

Celebratory blat up to Lake Rotoiti this morning in time for lunch and not a cloud in the sky. It doesn't get much better!

Very nice indeed. Looks like a great place to drive. Not that I'm jealous.......much!!

What's the reaction of the locals to the rare beasty?

Thanks guys!

Not a whole pile of this type of car in provincial New Zealand as the majority of 'classics' here are American muscle cars so reactions are mostly inquisitive! A bit of curtain twitching from the neighbours including the guy that lives over the road who said that once things in his kitchen started rattling he though he'd better come over and take a look!

The locals don't know what these cars are, my number plate has TVR on it and I'm often asked if I get the TRV out.
Some sort of Triumph model after made the TR7 probably rolleyes

I agree Simon but don't you think it would be better with mine
and your Mica Blue 400s on either side to balance up? LOL

Especially with the 5 degrees Centigrade and wet and wind all day today here

Nice one Timbo and Congrats

Cheers
Richard
