Painfully slow PSN

Anyone else experiencing really slow PSN downloads ?

I'm trying to download Dragon Age Awakenings and it's been running for about 90 minutes or so now and has done 6% !!!

My Internet connection is fine and running as fast as normal but PSN downloads are painfully slow, tried wireless and wired and it makes no difference.

Anyone got any settings to improve it ?

I find that it depends on the download. Some are painfully slow, some zip along quite happily. I've always put it down to volume of traffic, but I could be wrong.

I find the same happens when I choose the "Download in background" option, if it's a large file I normally let it download properly rather than in the background and find the download speeds up quite a bit.
