I was a complete sceptic, but now I've seen a great reason to buy a 3D TV!:

The latest Panasonic 3D demo disk.

I can't find it on-line to show you - you will just have to trust me.

Go find a Panasonic dealer and ask to see the 3D demo of the girls by the pool. wink

Missed that - damn.

But did see some juggling etc. Balls coming out at you.

I want one - but 50 is smaller than I wanted and the 65 is too much money for a tight Yorkshire man. Why no 55 in the range.

I'm going for the Samsung 63 at £2k.

Must be honest and say I could believe that the Panasonic has the edge, but not enough to make me pay twice as much for the 65 inch.

I still think the screens are two small. It just looks odd when the effect does not take up your whole field of vision.

I will be waiting for the 3D projectors to come out before I jump. I know Sony have one on the way as do JVC

Which 63 is that ?

We saw a C7000 46 which looked good - and noted there was a 55 in the range but thats about £2500. Only thing was we only saw it showing some HD stuff - wanted to see some 'normal' feed but it wasn't set up and we didn't have time to wait.

Umm - I see thats Plasma whereas the other C7000 are LED - and the price is as you say.

Where can I see one - that's the hard question - especially up against a Panasonic. May be going towards Leeds tomorrow so I'll see what's out there. Locally we only have LG60 inch (rubbish)- or anything at 50 inch and below.
