Unfortunately it is quite common to have to tell people you are only interested in dealing with genuine potential buyers not time wasters and scammers, more irritating though is disclaimers like that rarely have any effect.

Id like to add at the bottom of my adverts "dont bother texting me offering half the selling price and dont try and get a discount because you have to travel to see the item for sale"

Haha these things always remind me if the time I got a load of emails & voicemails from some radge in hong kong.
Then one day when I was talking to a salesmen who dealt pretty heavily in r26.r's (the car I was selling) & asked about his lack of stock-
"oh this guy from hong kong came & bought the lot-all 3 for cash. Even paid the sticker price on each car"
