The enormous smile I got from taking my Cerbie for a long spin yesterday with both windows down and the stereo off!

Everytime I question whether I can justify keeping her, a run like that confirms that there is no other car that can offer that kind of driving (and aural) experience for the money. She drove perfectly, handled beautifully and sounded like thunder.

Just to top it off, I parked in the high street this morning and upon returning to my car this lovely chap stops his van gets out and starts up a conversation with me about nice the car looks and how he used to have a Chimp and misses the TVR experience.

Pointless post I know ... but I just had to tell someone!

Did you get to the bottom of the vibration issue or does it seem to have disappeared?

Quite agree Paul. Yesterday was a great day for Cerbera driving.

Had the windows down and she was popping and banging like there was no tomorrow.

What a car, it has it all.

Have a good day tomorrow Paddy, maybe see you in May?

You're right: yesterday was a great day for Cerb driving. Unfortunately, I've been stuck indoors with chicken pox for the last week

Sorry to hear that Carl. You are the second person to have said they have this at the moment.

Get well soon.

I am? Who's the other one? Do I know him/her? And if so, is that the bastard who gave it to me?

I was a pretty healthy kid and had none of the childhood diseases, which of course means I'm susceptible to them in adulthood.

And I'm an IT contractor so I get paid a daily rate. Or not, at the moment...

Carl,
If its any consolation, I had chicken pox as a kid, and again at the ripe old age of 18 !!...I know what you're going through, it was very much worse for me 2nd time around...spots everywhere...and i mean every where...itchy spots!...keep smiling is all i can say and look forward to when you can blow away the dust and cob webs from the cerbie...

The vibration appears to have gone. Having looked on my original thread and the responses, I think it may have been the handbrake, but fingers crossed everything appears to working fine now.
