Nope. It was somebody asking about alternatives to latex gloves, because the powder in them irritated his hands or something.

http://www.pistonheads.com/gassing/topic.asp?h=0&a... gloves for working on cars?

I found it by digging through the history on the phone. I tried searching by everything I could thing of, including:
  • Gloves
  • Latex
  • Mechanix
  • FFS Man Up
I turned up squat. Odd..

Hi,
If I remember rightly you can buy powder free latex gloves. I think they are
the purple coloured ones. These were brought out for people with the powder allergy.

Anything posted in the last 24 hours won't come up in PH search results but will with google so you're better using that.

As for powder free, colour has nothing to do with it, if you go to your nearest motor factor and get some notrile gloves they're the best as they're much much tougher.

I find posting what you are looking for in Google with Pistonheads at the end seems to work.
