I expect its a repost but this recipe is truly wonderful and very easy.

Cooked it last night and enjoyed some leftovers this evening along with roasted pepppers/toms/anchovies and a slice of home made bread.

I used a much smaller leg, about half the size, and adjusted other quantities to suit.
