Using HGV diesel pumps

So, my Shogun as a 90 litre diesel tank. The two nearest petrol stations to me have regular diesel pumps that take fecking ages. However, there are tempting options.
One has a button on the regular pump with a picture of a truck on it. I guess this turns up the flow rate.
The other has a separate HGV pump.
So, can I use either of these options on my Shogun without either covering it and myself in 100 litres of diesel in 3 seconds or incurring the wrath of Piotr and his mates behind the counter?

I sometimes use them when in the 110 because it has a largish tank and a wide filler neck. As said above, the pumps generally have a broader spout and appear to dispense the fuel more quickly - but the attendants have sometimes refused to turn on the pump on for me because it's just for lorries. Poo, I say.

The dedicated truck pump will be quicker and depending on any restriction in your filler neck may or may not cover you in diesel. The one with the button allows it to go over the normal 100litre mark without cutting off but don't seem to be any quicker on the ones I use.One has a button on the regular pump with a picture of a truck on it.
