I sincerely hope not.

This pos looks like an Aixam with a Vauxhall badge.

Personally think it looks ok or quite good for a little city car. Future of motoring??? Well of course.... you can easily get 7 people in their, or 3 large dogs, tow a 3500kg trailer..... wink

In short, yes.

Its just a super small city car, Vauxhall aren't in that market as such as of yet and this is obviously there first foot in the door

Doesn't look too bad for a mini shopping trolley to me.

Also meant to quote the price:

"Prices for petrol variants will start from around £11,000."

£11k.

For that????

That's about the same as the Toyota iQ isn't it?

I think it looks rather good for a little city car. Better looking than the Toyota equivalent.

What sort of price would you expect? And why and with what as a direct competitor?

I quite like it (not that I'm in the market for a tiny micro-city car thingy).

Looks like a Mercedes A-Class got it on with an IQ biggrin

I didn't have any price in mind tbh.

I just wouldn't expect to part with that much cash for this type of vehicle.

I would have thought perceived value would be better if the price were £6k to £8k tops.

After all, other manufacturers produce (larger) small cars for £6k?

It may well be that those larger small cars are cheaper to produce, since the markets are bigger. I've never really understood the idea that larger cars should cost much more. The material costs are such a tiny part of the total cost of a car.

Another thing, just because something is small doesn't mean it should be cheap IMO. Lets face, small phones, PC's and laptops often cost a premium over bigger ones.

Just because a car is small doesn't mean it will have crap spec or poverty parts.

Probably not, an Auto Express exclusive is about as believable as the Daily Sport
