bluetooth/phone problems??

couple of times when trying to answer incoming calls in the XFR the whole screen/system - inc audio, nav etc - has closed down and then rebooted itself!!! happens when press either steering wheel control or screen itself to answer calls. Blackberry but is compatible (all contacts etc are synched). going into Jag next week but anyone got any ideas.......??
