I am new to these forums so i thought i would greet all others,
My latest toy is a blue m12 gto 3r with M400 turbos Plus teflon exhaust upgrade and full engine remap all done by Noble motorsports, dyno ran at 468 horses.
My previous was an Exige s2 so big change but the Noble is more what i was looking for.

guess your Noble = (Exige X 2) ?

Noble is definetly 2* the exige in every way exept handling, you had a safety net with the Exige.... traction control makes a big difference, still not got used to the raw power yet, hope to track it at anglsea soon as i live in Wales.
Do you know of any other Noble owners who frequent the track.

Bring it on!!! i dont think im interested in a pi**ing match though, too much of that went on with the Seloc Lotus forum and lets face it, most of them are driving a 1.6 Elise.
I only submit the details i was handed by the garage i Bought it off, i Await Proof of what my new toy can really achieve.

Welcome, and yes I frequent the track occasionally. In fact I was there at the weekend. Saturday was a complete washout (forecast was for grey but mainly dry)and I didn't even bother going out. Sunday was fantastic, dry and sunny (only to be expected as the forecast was for heavy rain!).Great circuit (either coastal or GT configuration) for the Noble. Trouble is living in Essex it actually takes me less time to go to Spa than to Anglesey!!!

Cant wait to go there, Wales is always a bit unpredictable with the weather.
I might take some instruction the first time i go.

I arrived here from the Elise/Exige route, as have quite a few I reckon, and both the car and the forum are much nicer places to be. Enjoy

Welcome,like you I have just moved up to a Noble from a Lotus ( 111R ) natural progression I think they call it !
As i live an hours drive from Anglesey Circuit I am a frequent visitor, did 4 trackdays this year, fantastic circuit, very technical and quite demanding especially the International circuit, although all configurations have their own atraction and challenges.What part of Wales are you, it's good to have another welsh Noble in the fold.

I toyed with the idea of Modding my lotus to pull a bit more more from it but Lotus cars just have too many annoying gremlins and there are far too many on the road so i started to look for something else and got lucky.

Quite as few of us used to be Lotus owners, i had a 160 Elise and was bored with it on Day one !

you can't match the power and rarety of the Noble

The Lotus owners seem to think it will break if you so much turn the key LOL

i am not anti Lotus at all - just they don't make anything fast enough (yet)

Gremlin example.. After three months ownership the Throttle Sensor decided it had had enough (two year old car) On the Forum they told me it was a standard fault and had a good laugh at my misfortune, that cost approx £200, fitting it myself was an unforgettable experience, two hours upside down in the footwell.
And dont get me started on the bloody blower motor heater resister(another standard fault).
In the end that car was a lot of fun but got very annoying very quickly.

Interesting point though..... what standard faults do i have to look forward to on the Noble, Maybe i can prepare ahead.
