Has anyone ever noticed the resemblance betweeen Chas and the late, great, Colin Chapman? He used to live next door to me and when I first met Chas at a Surrey TVRCC do at Brooklands a couple of years ago, I thought I was seeing a ghost and looked around for a Lotus Cortina parked nearby

I don’t really post on here , but Chas as I put on Face Book it has been one of the most fantastic experiences working with you. You will be and you are already missed. However I don’t think retirement is the right word. I think making mayhem and causing devastation everywhere you go has a different name. But I will try to keep the spirit of the wing commander alive. I have started to grow hair out my nose and walk into the engines. …. Hope to see you soon and well there’s still the Christmas party to look forward to….
