Naked Russian goes car jumping

A madcap Russian, presumably under the influence of a mixture of illegal substances, has been filmed causing mayhem on an estate jumping up and down car roofs naked.

Despite the fact he's naked, the most shocking thing is when he jumps on a Lada and the alarm goes off. Ladas have alarms?

Police didn't turn up because it's Russia. They're busy drinking vodka, firing AK47s and writing poetry. Maybe that was just a film I saw.

It must be a Russian thing. I was driving home from work the other night only to see what looked like a guy in his late teens in nothing but underpants being held by two rather embarrassed looking Russian policemen.

It was -3C too.
